Booking Process

Booking requests can be made online here. Payments for hire should be made directly via Electronic Funds Transfer to the Grantville Recreation Reserve Bendigo Bank account. Confirmation of bookings will be provided upon receipt of payment.

Hall Hire Fees (Daily)

  • $20 per hour
  • $50 (under 4 hours)
  • $100 (4-8 hours)
  • $150 (over 8 hours)

*Full day bookings require a $150 bond refundable after the event

Hirers are to leave spaces in a clean and tidy condition. Cleaning Fees of $150.00 will be charged if spaces are not left that way. Cleaning equipment is available in the cleaners' cupboard at the hall.
